The Problem

You’ve stared at NMC checklists, scrolled Facebook groups and Reddit, and Googled “how to move to the UK as a nurse” countless times… but it still feels messy.

You’ve worked hard to get this far, but you still need clarity and trusted guidance to make it all click.

Questions that keep you up at night:

  • What’s actually required to transfer my license?
  • How do referees and verifications work?
  • What are the CBT and OSCE and how do I prepare?
  • How do I actually find a job and interview well in the UK?

The truth? You don’t need to do more Googling.

You just need clear steps – in the right order – and someone who’s done it before to guide you.

Meet Your Guide

I’m Rachel, an American nurse (labor & delivery) who moved to the UK in 2018. I’ve lived the paperwork, the exams, and the “waiting game” – and I know what it takes to break through.

Since moving to the UK I’ve:

  • Gone from L&D nurse to circulator and scrub nurse
  • Worked as a clinical educator for over 4 years planning inductions and teaching OSCE prep
  • Learned everything I could about the UK healthcare system, nursing education, and career progression
  • Helped hundreds of international nurses achieve NMC registration and settle into their career and life in the UK
  • Visited OSCE test centres to pick the brains of the examiners and understand what’s expected
  • Stayed active in national forums that discuss international recruitment

I’m not 8 years removed from this process – it’s what I do.

And now I’ve taken everything I’ve learned and built it into a program designed to make your move clearer, smoother, and more achievable.

You don’t have to go it alone. You just need someone who knows this process inside out who can help you interpret all the conflicting information you’re getting.

The Plan

Nurse Your Way to the UK is the group coaching program that takes you from confusion to clarity — with structure, community, and live support.
Each month, five new nurses join the programme. You can start when you’re ready, not when I happen to run a live course.

Here’s who I typically work with:

Who This Program Fits (and Who It Doesn’t)

You’re a great fit if…

✅ You are (or soon will be) a qualified nurse committed to making the move to the UK.

✅ You want a clear, proven path — not guesswork.

✅ You’re patient, persistent, and action-oriented.

✅ You value honest, experienced guidance (not conflicting advice from social media, Google, or AI).

This isn’t for you if…

❌ You’re still unsure whether you actually want to move to the UK.

❌ You’re looking for someone to do everything for you – I equip you to navigate your own process.

❌ You want a quick-fix or guarantee.

❌ You’d rather do it alone than invest in a career coach.

$197 for 3 months, giving you full access to the program and coaching.

If after that you decide it’s not for you → walk away, no strings attached, no hard feelings.

FAQ: Got Questions? I’ve Got Answers!

Q: Who is this programme for?

A: This programme is for internationally educated nurses who want to learn how to transfer their nursing career to the UK.

Q: I haven’t started my NMC application yet — is this program right for me?

A: Absolutely. The programme walks you through the entire process from the very first step. You’ll get clarity on what’s required, what to do first, and how to avoid common mistakes that cause delays later.

Q: I’ve already passed my CBT — will this still be useful?

A: Yes. You’ll have guidance specific to your stage, including OSCE preparation, job applications, and interview readiness. You’ll also gain structure, accountability, and community to keep you moving forward.

Q: How much time should I expect to commit each week?

A: Plan for around 2 hours per week. Each lesson is bite-sized and easy to follow, so you can move through it at your own pace — even with a busy nursing schedule.

Q: Couldn’t I just look all of this up online?

A: You can absolutely research the process yourself and find loads of valuable information online… if you have the time and energy to find it, understand it, and decide if it’s still relevant. It’s what I did and it worked for me, but I didn’t have a choice! By working with me you will have access to everything I’ve learned over the last 8 years of being an international nurse in the UK to help you plot your path and feel confident making strategic decisions about your career.

Q: Are these sessions about immigration support?

A: No, these sessions are designed to provide guidance on the overall process of moving to the UK as a nurse, but they do not constitute immigration support. For immigration-related queries, it’s recommended to consult with a qualified immigration professional.

Q: Will you be helping with job placement or recruitment services?

A: While I’m here to provide valuable insights and guidance on the nursing landscape in the UK, these sessions do not include job placement or recruitment services. They are intended to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to navigate the process independently.

Q: Is there a guarantee of successful relocation after these sessions?

A: The sessions are aimed at offering support and information, but relocation success depends on various factors. These sessions are not a guarantee of successful relocation or job placement.

Q: What should I do for specific immigration advice?

A: For personalized immigration advice, it’s recommended to consult with a qualified immigration professional or legal advisor who specializes in UK immigration law.

Q: Will these sessions cover specific nursing practices or medical procedures? Is it an OSCE or CBT Preparation Programme?

A: No, these sessions are not intended to provide training on nursing practices or medical procedures. They focus on the broader aspects of moving to the UK as a nurse, including the process (including exams and options for studying), requirements, and general information. For clinical or practice-specific inquiries, it’s advised to seek guidance from your nursing education program or relevant professional sources for the country in which you are or will be practicing.

Q: Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with the course?

A: Due to the nature of the service, refunds cannot be provided after you’ve been given access to the course. I’m committed to ensuring you get the most out of our time together, and I’m here to address any concerns you may have during the programme. I ask that my clients commit to 3 months within Nurse Your Way to the UK. After 3 months if you want to walk away, that’s absolutely fine, no hard feelings. If you’re unsure if the course is for you, let’s talk about it! Email me and we can set up a discovery call to discuss any questions you have.

Q: When can I start?

I enrol up to 5 new clients each month. Assuming there is space available, you can start as soon as we can schedule a kick off call.

Q: What happens after 3 months?

If after 3 months you wish to stay in Nurse Your Way to the UK, you can sign up for continued enrolment for $27/month. There’s no contract so you can “graduate” and leave when you no longer need the community, support and curriculum.

Q: What if I can’t make the live group coaching calls?

All group coaching calls will be recorded and available for replay for 3 months. You can submit questions in advance if you can’t attend live so that you’ll still get your answers and be able to learn from others’ experiences.

If you have any other questions or concerns not covered here, feel free to reach out to me at rachel@anywayward.com and we can schedule a discovery call to talk things through.
